How JILIVIP Reviews an Operator
A guide that will not say how it reaches its conclusions is asking for trust it has not earned. This page sets out the criteria JILIVIP applies whenever it describes an operator, the limits of what any outside observer can actually check, and the commercial arrangements that sit behind the links. There are no scores here and no league table, because a single number hides exactly the detail a reader needs. JILIVIP is an independent guide, not a casino: it takes no deposits and runs no games, and it is for adults aged 21 and over.
The eight criteria
- Licence disclosure. Is the licensing body named plainly, is the licensed corporate entity stated, and does that entity match the domain you would actually deposit into?
- Payment rails. Which methods are offered, and is it clear whether a transfer runs over an e-wallet, InstaPay or PESONet — each of which behaves differently?
- Terms clarity. Can a first-time reader find the bonus wagering requirement, the expiry and the excluded games without guessing?
- KYC rules. Is it stated up front which documents verification needs and at what point it is triggered, rather than sprung at the first withdrawal?
- Complaint route. Is there a named escalation path beyond live chat, and is the regulator's channel acknowledged?
- Responsible-gaming tools. Are deposit limits, session reminders, cool-off and self-exclusion present, reachable in a few taps, and described in the terms?
- Support channels. Which channels exist, in which languages, and are stated hours actually stated?
- App distribution. Is the install route honest about being outside the app stores, and does the operator avoid pushing files through chat?
Each criterion is a question about disclosure rather than quality. We are not in a position to grade an operator's internal processes; we can only read what it chooses to publish and report that accurately.
What that looks like in practice
| Criterion | Where we look | What a weak result looks like |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Footer, terms, and the regulator's own published list | A badge image with no entity name behind it |
| Payment rails | Cashier page and payments help articles | A logo wall with no mention of limits or handling |
| Terms clarity | Full terms and the specific bonus terms | Wagering buried in a paragraph of prose |
| KYC rules | Verification help pages and the sign-up flow | No document list until a withdrawal is blocked |
| Complaint route | Terms, help centre, contact page | Live chat as the only acknowledged channel |
| Responsible gaming | Account settings and the dedicated policy page | A single sentence and no working tools |
| Support channels | Contact page and in-product help | A contact form that names no hours at all |
| App distribution | Download or mobile page inside the account | Installers offered through social channels |
What we can verify
- Whether a claim is published, and where, and whether it contradicts another page on the same site
- Whether a named licensed entity appears on the regulator's own published list
- Whether terms state a wagering multiple, an expiry and the excluded game categories
- Whether responsible-gaming tools are described and reachable
- Whether the stated contact channels exist
- How a payment rail behaves as a public fact: InstaPay moves in real time with a per-transaction cap set by the system, while PESONet settles in batches on banking days
What we cannot verify
- How quickly a specific operator actually pays a specific player — that is account-level and varies
- Whether a game's returns match its published RTP over your session, which no outside party can observe
- What happens inside a support queue or a risk review
- Whether a promotion you were shown is the promotion another reader was shown
- Anything about your own account, which we have no access to
Where we cannot verify something, we say so on the page rather than filling the gap with an estimate. Operator-specific numbers — handling times, minimums, fees, bonus sizes — are set by the operator, and the only current source is its own cashier page and terms.
What we never publish
- Invented payout times, fees, minimums or bonus amounts
- Licence numbers we have not read on the regulator's own list
- Review scores, star ratings or ranked 'best casino' tables
- Named human reviewers who do not exist, or 'we tested this' claims we cannot stand behind
- Download files, APKs or mirror lists
- Any suggestion that a system, pattern or purchase can beat a random outcome
Money, and why it changes nothing
Some outbound links on this site are partner links, which means a commercial relationship may exist with the destination. That relationship buys placement in an affiliate programme. It does not buy a sentence, a softened paragraph, the removal of a criticism or a position in any list, and no operator sees a page before it is published.
The reason is practical as well as ethical. A reader who follows our wording and then hits a wall we knew about is a reader we have lost permanently, and the only thing a guide really owns is whether it was right last time.
When a page changes
Pages carry a published and a modified date. We update when an operator changes a published term, when a payment rail's public behaviour changes, when a regulator updates guidance, or when a reader shows us we were wrong. Corrections are made in place rather than quietly deleted, and a page that can no longer be supported is removed instead of being left to drift.
Independence and age
To state it once more without hedging: JILIVIP is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits, holds no funds, runs no games and cannot act on any operator's platform. It cannot release your withdrawal or verify your documents. Everything here is written for adults aged 21 and over, and gambling should be treated as paid entertainment with a limit set before you start.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you score or rank operators?
No. A score compresses eight unrelated questions into one number and hides the one that matters to you. We describe what each operator discloses and let you weigh it.
Does an operator pay to be written about more kindly?
No. A commercial link affects whether a link exists, never what a page says. No operator reviews our wording before publication.
Why do you not publish payout times?
Because they are account-level and operator-set, and a figure we printed last quarter would mislead you today. Handling times, minimums and fees are set by the operator — check its cashier page.
Have you played at these operators?
We do not make 'we tested it' claims, because a single anonymous session proves nothing about how your account will be treated. We report what is published and verifiable.
Who writes this site?
It is published by the JILIVIP editorial desk as an organisation. We do not invent a named human reviewer with a fabricated biography to borrow authority we have not earned.
How do I tell us something is wrong?
Use the contact route on this site and point to the specific claim. A correction with a source attached is the fastest way to get a page changed.
